Annual Events of the Federation

As stated in the Federation Bylaws: "The business meetings of this organization will be held as follows unless otherwise ordered by the Executive Board due to a change in the University calendar. The Fall business meeting will be held on the Saturday preceding the first day of the Fall semester classes. The Winter business meeting will be held on the Saturday following the first day of the Spring semester classes. The Spring business meetings will be held on the Friday and Saturday of Parents’ Weekend. The meetings are to be held on the campus of Texas A&M University, College Station."

President Weiblen has announced the following dates for the 2011 - 2012 Federation Meetings and Events:

Fall Federation Meetings and Workshops     August 26-27, 2011:

     Fall Federation Board Dinner – Friday August 26, 2011, The University Club, 11th Floor Rudder Tower,  Registration 6:00 p.m., Dinner 6:30 p.m.

     Fall Federation Meeting – Saturday, August 27, 2011, Rudder Tower Room 601, Coffee 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m, Meeting 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

     Fall Federation Workshops –  Saturday, August 27, 2011, Rudder Tower (Room Assignments TBA at the Meeting), 11:15 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Aggie Mom Camp     November 11-13, 2011

Winter Federation Meetings and District Meetings     January 20-21, 2012

     Winter Federation Board Dinner – Friday, January 20, 2012, Sanders Corps of Cadets Center, Registration 6:00 p.m., Dinner 6:30 p.m.
